For the 2019 Cologne Artbook Fair, we created risograph prints at the university. I designed a wall calendar for 2020 featuring my illustrations of vacation spots visited by myself and my friends over the years. My goal was to provide a sense of holiday for those who purchase my calendar.
In 2018, I visited Albania and captured a beautiful photo of mountains and a hammock. When tasked with creating a calendar in "Prepress," I immediately thought to use my holiday pictures. I incorporated the risograph's neon orange color into my black and white drawings for a nice accent. The calendar includes 12 months featuring 6 different countries.
