During my second semester, I learned bookbinding and layout. I combined song lyrics from "Pförtner" with fitting illustrations to allow people to experience a song without using new media. I created a Blender Mockup for this presentation. Note that this is a university project and is not related to the artist "Käptn Peng und die Tentakel von Delphi."
I listened to the song many times and created two to four sketches for each sentence. I had numerous ideas on how to depict the lyrics. The illustration on the left is for "Seine Gefühle sind Bettler" (transl. "His feelings are beggars"). I selected the most clear illustrations to ensure that all readers could comprehend the relation between the text and the illustration.
